The AJS '71 Desert Scrambler
Commemorating the commendable successes of AJS's USA Sales Manager Mike Jackson - in the November 1971 Barstow to Vegas, District 37, Mojave Desert race. A line-up of some 3,200 riders, faced a gruelling 190 mile course that included such hazards as deep sand, steep dunes, a snowy mountain pass, millions of rocks and out-of-control fellow competitors! Based on the AJS Cadwell/Tempest platform the '71 Desert Scrambler will be sure to thrill and inspire you with every twist of the throttle.
